Refunds

At Rossica, we’re all about creating the perfect atmosphere with our candles, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 10 day return window from the date of purchase as long as they are still unused, unopened and still in their original condition.

Refunds are available only to the original purchaser. A €5 delivery charge, which was applied at the time of purchase, will be deducted from your refund.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, share, and make available content such as text, graphics, and videos (“Content”). You are responsible for the content you share, ensuring that it complies with relevant laws and is appropriate for our Service.
