Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Rossica, we’re all about creating the perfect atmosphere with our candles, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 10 day return window from the date of purchase.

 

Exchanges: We want your experience to burn bright!  If your candles aren’t quite the glow you were looking for, we offer a refund or exchange on our Candles. Kindly contact us via email on info@rossica.com

Return Policy:

• You can return our Candles as long as they are still unused, unopened and still in their original condition within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

• Refunds are available only to the original purchaser. A €5 delivery charge, which was applied at the time of purchase, will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange & Pricing Details:

Items being exchanged will be valued at the original purchase price. The replacement item will be priced at the current rate, with any available promotions applied.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via Email on info@rossica.com
  2. We will provide you with an address once you have contacted us.
  3.  The candle will be inspected to make sure it’s unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when received.
  4. After passing inspection, we’ll issue store credit or refund  for the amount of your original purchase (minus the €5 delivery charge, which was applied at the time of purchase)
    4. You’ll receive an email confirming your store credit or refund once processed.
