Material

At Rossica, we use a clean-burning blend of soy and coconut wax, paired with phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our candles are made to elevate your space without the toxins.

How to use

Always trim the wick to 1/4” before lighting. Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Allow the wax to fully melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to avoid tunnelling. Keep away from drafts to ensure an even, clean burn. To extinguish, use a candle snuffer to minimise smoke and soot. Stop use when only 1/4” of wax remains at the bottom.

Glass Container Disclaimer:
Please note that the glass containers of our candles are painted with non-toxic water-based paint. While the paint is safe, we recommend placing your candle in a cool, dry area when not in use to ensure the longevity of the color. Due to the heat generated when burning the candle, there may be some fading of the paint over time. This is a natural result of the heating process and does not affect the quality or safety of the candle. For the best experience and to preserve the look of your candle, avoid burning it for prolonged periods in direct heat or sunlight.

    Free courier delivery on orders of €45 and over.

  • Trimming the wick before every burn is one of the most important steps in candle care. A wick that’s too long can cause a larger flame, leading to excessive heat that can burn the candle too quickly and produce soot. It also creates a higher risk of the candle flickering or smoking.

  • You can return our Candles as long as they are still unused, unopened and still in their original condition within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

    Refunds are available only to the original purchaser. A €5 delivery charge, which was applied at the time of purchase, will be deducted from your refund.

  • For your first burn, let the candle burn for at least 2-3 hours. This allows the wax to melt evenly and create an even pool across the surface.

    Avoid extinguishing the candle before this point, even if it feels like the wax is melting slowly, as you’re setting the foundation for how the candle will burn every time.

    Once the candle has melted fully across the top, it will be more likely to burn evenly on future uses.
